Buying a car - any car from anybody - is like going to the dentist. You know you have to do it sooner or later, and you want the outcome, but the experience can be difficult. But we really wanted to see what the new Toyotas were like, and the only way to do that was to go to a Toyota dealership. That's pretty much the attitude we went into Beaverton Toyota with. BT hadn't always had the best reputation; early on, pressure tactics and hard selling seemed to have built a wall around their corner. We'd decided that if they treated us in any other than a professional, "adult" manner, we'd thank them and move on. Well, the first person we met was Antonyo Pena, who greeted us, introduced himself to both me AND my wife, and offered us coffee or water. We may have been his 20th (potential) customer, but we wouldn't have known it. Mr. Pena made us feel we were the only folks he'd dealt with all day. He asked us all the normal questions, helping us define the type of car we wanted, and how much we could afford to spend. Antonyo took notes! He listened! and as we talked, we gradually felt we didn't have to be on guard with him. It was obvious, to me at least, that he'd learned sales process very well and knew how to do his job. The more we worked with Antonyo, it was obvious that BT, too, had learned a lot over the years. Not an ounce of pressure, only the answering of questions, and the handling of any doubts. Sure, their job is to sell cars - but they way they're going about it is completely different than the process most folks are used to and dread. We felt every number we saw was reasonable, our questions answered, and that our desires had been met. Through all of it, Mr. Pena worked as our ally and - financial gain aside - wanted us to have the Prius we eventually leased. I would, and have, recommended Beaverton Toyota to friends and acquaintances. And I tell them, basically, what is written above. That BT is professional, their dealership is spotless and organized - their new service department is amazing - and the car is exactly the right fit for us. Yeah, it sounds corny, but we felt they helped us buy, not sold, it to us. We have no regrets, love the car - 50mpg who wouldn't? - and intend on returning to BT when this lease is up. More
In April 2013, we purchased two vehicles, a 2013 Scion XB and a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Both vehicles have been performing really well. Our experiences at Beaverton Toyota have been more then favorable. I came in looking for a camery and was greeted promptly by Ron Chirrick. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and spent some time with me while I was looking. Shaun made my visit to Beaverton Toyota enjoyable and stress-free. The car I was interested in had just come in and was still at the Service Center, so he took myself and a friend right over to see it a stress-free. The car I was interested in had just come in and was still at the Service Center, so he took myself and a friend right over to see it and take it for a test drive. After we returned to the sales center, he took the time to go back to retrieve my cellphone which I had inadvertently left in the car during the test drive. He helped me with the paperwork, helped me decide on a down payment that was affordable, and as we waited for approvals he kept me up to date on where we were in the process. Because the car had not yet been serviced, there were a few days I had to wait for the car to be ready, and he called me to let me know what was going on, and then when I could pick it up. When it is all said and done, I got the impression that he was sincerely as happy to have been able to help me as I was to have found someone so helpful! Brian Lewis More
Recently, I approached Beaverton Toyota with some skepticism. This had nothing to do with any perceptions of the organization itself but rather my general distaste for pushy salespeople. Nonetheless, I decided to brave the unknown as my interest was piqued in the form of Toyota's overall reliability and performance. Mariah Garrison was the salesperson I had the privilege of working with. Any reluctance I possessed as to past shortcomings associated with salespeople quickly dissolved. Her priorities were involved with satisfying the interests and needs I had as an individual and family man, not just a buyer/customer. Comfort and ease of disseminating personal information amongst short-term relationships where there is financial gain is extremely rare. I found that this what not the case with Mariah. She works for you and her availability to field questions and concerns is second to none. No pressure or obligatory actions were applied by her. Mariah's ability to build rapport and create the feeling of familiarity was an overwhelmingly positive influence in my decision to purchase from her. I would encourage anyone looking to buy at Beaverton Toyota to ask for her. You will be more than satisfied with the vehicle, but the relationship Mariah provides during the transaction will make you want to continue buying from them in the future. More

Their special rebates and financing terms were marked on everything so you knew what was offered for each vehicle by model and year. They were very helpful with my lease return, which was also with Beaverton Toyota and Toyota Financial Service and I was very happy with both experiences. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend him and Beaverton Toyota. The remodeled showroom is great if you have kids with you with a snack bar and play area. My experience was pretty fast as I knew exactly what I wanted. There was no runaround with trying to get me to upgrade, add accessories, or buy an extra warranty. Toyota's 2-years of free service and 100,000 mile warranty is so good on its own that I don't even know if they offer extra warranties. More
