Online negotiator stopped responding to emails mid negotiation. First salesman wouldn't listen to my request. Second salesman couldn't get anything right. But, purchased car anyway. Then after three hours of waiting, car was nowhere to be found. I left to return the next morning. Vehicle wasn't prepped when I arrived and I found that it was missing a vital part. By the time I finished the buying process, I was amazed by how poor the customer service was at this dealership. I would not recommend Beaverton Toyota to anyone, in fact, if asked, I would discourage anyone from buying a car from Beaverton Toyota. I was in the market for a new 2014 tundra. The dealership did not have one in stock but with in a few hours had found a match and had it ready for me to test drive! Some vehicles were not bad in the test drives but the salespeople were relentless and constantly lowering the price every 10 minutes to keep us from walking out the door. Just give us the fair price from the start. We ran back to Ron who luckily for us still worked at Beaverton Toyota and found the car we wanted in the 2013 Prius 3 with the great sales experience. On another note, we really liked the "Rent before you Buy" program through Beaverton Toyota Rental Agency.
