I pretty much knew going in the exactly what I wanted and I only went because RJ answered my questions and assured me the vehicle was at the dealership. Because of COVID, my anxiety was through the rough. Who wants to get sick? But Beaverton Toyota takes every measure to make sure the car shopping experience is super safe yet still easy/convenient. When I got there, I got to work with Gabby. She answered whatever questions I had and when she didn't know, she ASKED. This I appreciate because I've seen salesmen at other dealerships BS their answers to hurry me up. Not Gabby, she was awesome, courteous, and helped me so much. She was also super accommodating because I think she noticed my anxiety of just wanting to expedite the service so I am not there longer than I have to (due to COVID). Beaverton Toyota was also not forcing me to buy anything I didn't want to buy. They have a policy where they show you what they have to offer and you just accept or deny them. Other dealerships in the are don't do this. I almost bought from a nearby dealership but their package was a requirement to buy with any Hybrid vehicle. Nope, not at Beaverton Toyota. I don't like being forced to buy things I don't need or want. Out of my 7 purchased, new cars in the last 12 years, this was BY far the Best Experience. Thanks Gabby and RJ! You really made my experience quick and easy but totally not rushed. I loved it. I will recommend friends to go here and I will definitely come back to BT for my next vehicle. Thanks again! More
I had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. My sales person Marcus Adside was present and engaged, available to answer all of my questions, was patient, flexible and went above and beyond door. I'm done. I have had a history of very poor service at Beaverton Toyota. My most recent trip was prompted by a "check engine" light. When I checked in I was told it would probably be about 2 hours. At Beaverton Toyota. My most recent trip was prompted by a "check engine" light. When I checked in I was told it would probably be about 2 hours. At about 2 hours and 20 minutes I went to the customer service person because I had not had an update. It took another 10 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing wrong and they were unsure why the light was on. When I asked "So it took 2 and a half hours to find out nothing was wrong?". They could have plugged into the computer port and known in minutes there was no code in the computer. The good news is that I had time in the waiting area to browse the web and identify another option when it comes to servicing my car. For that I am thankful. More
