I went to Beaverton Toyota after seeing a car online at a much lower price than any other dealer. My friend also recommended them when I told her where I was going. Alex Augustine was amazing!!! I ha much lower price than any other dealer. My friend also recommended them when I told her where I was going. Alex Augustine was amazing!!! I had connected with him about the car prior to going into the dealership. By the time I arrived, he had researched information about the car as well as financing and communicated with me flawlessly. He made sure he understood my goals with the purchase as well as gave me more information I had not thought of. Alex brought Josh Ford into the financing part of the deal who walked through it with me step by step. Mickey Monahan finished the financing process and exhibited amazing patience and kindness while I asked a hundred questions and answered every one of them with complete understanding of my concerns. John Cantwell also was great in the negotiating process. Alex walked through the entire process with me from start to finish. He even went out of his way to research racks that I had asked about for the car...way above and beyond any "job duty"! As a woman buying a car on my own, I never felt taken advantage of or talked down to. Both Mickey and Alex have followed up with me to make sure everything is perfect. More

Absolutely wonderful experience. Nick was the best person to work with. He was very patient and let me look at all different kinds of toyota's and the color options. He was LOW pressure which allowed ME to make the decision to buy a new Prius just a week or so after I came into the dealer. Of course the finance guys will give you the run around for extended warranties, gap insurance etc. but hey, that's how they make their money. I have no doubt that I will be a continuing customer of theirs unless the process dramatically changes. They also have the best prices around! They undercut a "top rated" dealer by $1,200! More

Reviewed that we received a 5 Star buying experience on 2-7-12 here on dealer rater. We returned for our first, 6 mo./5000mi. Toyota care service this month at B.T., having called several weeks earlier and making a 10am service dept appt . We arrived @ 9:30 am and immediately were greeted by a wonderful young lady "Danielle" who assured us arriving early was quite alright. She recorded each of our service requests and concerns on paper and directed us to the lounging area where we visited the famed B.T. automated barista coffee machine with fresh donuts and more ! Just enjoyed the java, checking emails and surfing on the web with their handy wifi . Before we knew it ... here came Danielle with news we were all done. Everything we desired personally ,and the factory scheduled maintenance beautifully performed,we'll see ya at The New Year B.T.! The brand new high tech service dept. was huge and beautiful and, with lots of construction and upgrades ,still improving on their beautiful facilities ...make me look forward to seeing the new improvements on the next 6 months service ! Thanks again Beaverton Toyota your #1 Sincerely, Impriused More
We purchased our 2005 Toyota Prius used from Beaverton Toyota in Oregon along with an 8-year extended warranty through Signet Financial with a refund clause if unused. Signet folded in 2011, leaving many Toyota in Oregon along with an 8-year extended warranty through Signet Financial with a refund clause if unused. Signet folded in 2011, leaving many unhappy customers across the country. Beaverton Toyota is one of just a handful of dealerships taking some responsibility for their stranded customers, even though at this time the California and Oregon Departments of Justice believe they have no legal obligation to do so. Beaverton Toyota "did the right thing" in our opinion, and although it took a very long time and we still got burned financially along with many other customers we are impressed with Beaverton Toyota's willingness to at least partially mitigate the pain of their customers. In the future, when we want to purchase a new or used vehicle, Beaverton Toyota will be the first to know. More
The service department is run by a crook who goes by the ironic name of "Smiles". They lie to your face about what things will cost and they're the HIGHEST estimate every time. They brag that their servic ironic name of "Smiles". They lie to your face about what things will cost and they're the HIGHEST estimate every time. They brag that their service department is "#1 in volume in Oregon" and that should be your warning (it doesn't talk about how everyone loves them, they brag about their high volume in their highly congested suburban location. Big accomplishment). They don't get the awards from Toyota for their stellar customer service in their service department (look for yourself) - because it doesn't exist enough of the time for them to actually win one. Tons of Oregon dealers have won the Toyota Presidents award: "Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its stellar dealerships with the prestigious President's Award. It's a very high honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for customer satisfaction." Beaverton is clearly not "stellar", "prestiguous", "honorable" and lacks "customer satisfaction". More
I had purchased a gas guzzling sports car recently and figured it would not be a bad idea, since I would own the car outright. After a few weeks of driving it, the gas expense became too much. As a grad figured it would not be a bad idea, since I would own the car outright. After a few weeks of driving it, the gas expense became too much. As a graduate student, I needed to watch my expenses, and this car was obviously a bad choice. I took the car to Beaverton Toyota to be appraised. They initially provided me with a low figure, so I decided to wait. Within the next few days I went to other car dealers and looked at other vehicles. I test drove a 2012 Honda Civic, but I was not impressed. So, I went back to Beaverton Toyota a couple of days later - and then enters KEVIN HAINES, Sales Associate. From the moment I walked in, Kevin was a true gentleman. He listened to what I wanted, and did not try to steer me into the direction of a car he wanted to sell. He was extremely patient and we test drove a car that really surprised me, a 2012 Scion IQ. From the outside, this car appears to be very small, but just take a look inside and test drive it, and you will be amazed! The car felt solid on the road and was loaded with standard features. I was initially looking at a 2012 Toyota Corolla, but was instantly sold on the IQ once I test drove it. And the best part? The IQ gets 35/37 MPG!!! Even though I was initially looking at buying, I asked Kevin to run some numbers for me on a lease. Since I needed to finish school and did not know where I would be in a few years, a lease was the right choice for me. One concern I had was that I was recently hired with a company, but had not yet started employment. I did have a job offer via e-mail, and Toyota Financial approved me, even with the credit challenges that I have had in the past and the pending start of my job! In addition, I had not received the title and registration for my old car yet, but Beaverton Toyota worked with me on that as well. Kevin even brought out wheel covers for me to view on the car, as they had two options. During the signing of my contracts with Mo (last name unknown), Kevin Haines was preparing my car for me to take home. He walked me back to the service department and showed me where to bring my car in, when the time came. Kevin also asked me to look the car over from top to bottom, and made sure that I was happy with the way it looked. He even went so far to clean the dashboard and hood, that had MINOR dirt on them. Kevin walked me through the options of the car, and set-up my phone for the car's Bluetooth option. He stated he was going to be off for the next two days, but that if I had a problem at all with the car, he wanted me to call him on his cell phone...VERY CLASSY! Beaverton Toyota ended up giving me more for my trade than they initially quoted me at, which was a fair price for all, and I feel the dealershp made a fair profit from the lease. In the end, I got a great car and this was by far the BEST leasing/purchasing experience I have had. Kevin was genuinely interested in making sure that I was happy with the experience, and the car. Great job, Kevin. I even called the sales GM the next day, Mr. Gillette, to let him know of the fine job Kevin had done. The only negative part to this process was the prolonged wait for Toyota Financial to return their decision regarding my lease. This was expected, as it was the last day of the month and a Monday. However, the dealership had not control over this. From the sales manager's desk (James Harding - he really looks like Tom Sizemore!), to Kevin Haines, this was truly a great experience. If you do your homework and go in with realistic expectations, I am sure you will get a fair deal at Beaverton Toyota. Just remember that the dealership is in the business to make a profit, not just give their cars away. I left with a minimal down payment (taken from my trade), a lease with GAP Insurance and a maintenance plan - all for less than $200/month! I challenge you to find a car with this reliability, build quality, economical savings, and loaded options for this low monthly payment. I will also be getting a substantial return on my trade once I take my title and registration in on my old car. I am not a Toyota employee, nor am I being compensated for this review. I hope this helps with your car buying consideration. More
I have no problem with the sales associate, he was trying to be helpful, but his sales manager was very impolite. Mr. sales manager you have the title, you put a tie and a shirt, but you didn't became a man. You don't know how to talk with people. Customer is always right. You can not tell any body especially somebody visited your dealership you are wasting my time. If a customer is wasting your time who pays your salary. THINK........ These guys (all of them) worked as a team to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They were over the top in helping us get what we wanted. We waffled a bit on making choices and without meaning to we put them to the test...they were always there with a smile to help us. We searched for our car for a long time, checking Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, Intellichoice, and AAA. We talked to friends and family. We went to many dealers and tried many cars. No one came close to helping us the way the people at Beaverton Toyota helped us. I recommend them without reservation. More

We were promptly met at our arrival by another polite young gentleman,Rob Simchen-Asst. Service manager. Rob took care of all our extras making absolutely sure we we're satisfied with each install. He bent over backwards, and every other way, to make sure of our satisfaction with our new prius, and the work performed. Again 5 star excellence.
