Andrew was very professional, helpful and friendly. We came to buy a new 2010 Prius but did not like the new interior. We own a 2004 Prius. He helped us find a 2009 Prius that was to our liking. I had been searching for a used Highlander for awhile and made the trip down to Beaverton hoping to get a good deal and a fair price for my trade-in. We live in Troutdale and decided to look into taking advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program. We initially were looking for a Toyota Prius and found that the ONLY dealer in the PDX area that had one, advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program. We initially were looking for a Toyota Prius and found that the ONLY dealer in the PDX area that had one, we could test drive, was Beaverton Toyota. When we arrived, we found out that in order to take advantage of the Clunkers program we would have to take possession of the car or be able to get a serial number from a car that was ordered, so that negated the Prius from our list. We then started looking at the Camry. A salesman was assigned to us and we were also helped by a very knowledgeable man by the name of Josh Ford. For 30 years I was involved with the auto industry and as a Fleet Manager for many years, I dealt with many dealerships, sales people, and other employees, buying, selling and arranging after purchase maintenance. I can tell without hesitation that you cannot go wrong dealing with Josh Ford; his integrity and honesty was put to the test and he came through shining. He is a professional that has your interests at the highest of priorities so no worries when dealing with Josh!! More
