I had a great experience buying a car here. I originally came not knowing what I was looking for and Chris really helped me narrow it down. I went into service department asked a guy if my car was still under warranty to replace a missing part. He was not very helpful. He didn’t believe that the par fell off my car. David was AMAZING! He listened to our concerns, was never pushy and answered our questions in a timely manner. When we were ready to buy our new Highlander, he walked us through the process and we wer never pushy and answered our questions in a timely manner. When we were ready to buy our new Highlander, he walked us through the process and we were quickly done with our trade in, services, and had a new car within a few hours! He was helpful on finding ways to save me money as well as laying out options in an easy way. At Beaverton Kia, I was pressured by the Sales Manager to give him an offer even when we were miles apart on numbers. He could've kept my business if he allowed me some space. I don't like to trash other people, but in this case I want other users to know my two very different experiences. I would certainly buy another car from Muhammed and Beaverton Toyota. Elvin More

I usually have a great experience at Beaverton Toyota. They are good about communicating my car’s needs. This time, however, I had a few things that I needed done including 2 new tires. We had just replac They are good about communicating my car’s needs. This time, however, I had a few things that I needed done including 2 new tires. We had just replaced the other two in December. At the end of my appointment I was told that they put on 4 new tires. The agent said he knew I only asked for two so he was only going to charge me for two. I was grateful until I got home and realize that I was charged for all four. I understand people make mistakes, so I called him to get it fixed. He never called me back so I called the service department and again I never heard back from anyone. I am really disappointed in the lack of response. I am probably going to go elsewhere. More
