UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My daughter had recently moved into the area and needed an oil change. I recommended a Toyota Dealership because I have always had great, professiona My daughter had recently moved into the area and needed an oil change. I recommended a Toyota Dealership because I have always had great, professional, timely service at the dealership in my area. My daughter brought her car into Beaverton Toyota for an oil change and minor repairs on a Thursday. She was told her car would be ready the next day. Friday, she was told it would be ready Saturday. Saturday, she was told it would be ready Monday as the mechanic that was working on her car had Sunday off. On Monday, she was told Tuesday. Her car was finally ready Wednesday. Oil changes never take more than a day. When I take my car in for an oil change, it’s usually ready in one hour. Waiting a whole week for an oil change and minor repairs is absurd! Extremely unprofessional! My daughter had to take Uber to work and home for a week. It got very pricey and Toyota did not reimburse her for hiring Uber for the week. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the service department. They either did not pick up the phone or would not return a call when left a message. This was a horrible nightmare of an experience for my daughter. And I feel foolish for recommending Beaverton Toyota. She will never bring her car there again. Very disappointing and very unprofessional! I hope they weren’t taking advantage of a young lady as lots of mechanics do. Great dealership. This is our second lease. We leased a 2019 Rav 4 Hybrid and now a 2020 Highlander Hybrid. Both times great experiences. Extremely long process, pushy and unsafe the dealership called back quickly when we inquired online. We arranged a test drive for early that afternoon. Before getting a straightforward answer, the seller attempted to sell us additional warrantees beyond the vaunted Toyota certified used car warrantee, which we did not want. This all took some unnecessary time.. Financing also had its issues. There was a bottle neck at the front desk, since few people were available to do this work, despite many ongoing transactions (it was a Sunday, with many shoppers). After these delays we asked to finance with our local credit union, which participated in a program with that dealership. The associate then asked us to consider financing with Toyota and then came back with a fully filled out financing agreement with Toyota, which only beat the credit union rate by .1 %. Since things had already taken a long time we decided to go ahead with that to avoid further delays. Even after this it took more that an hour for the associate to come back with the papers we needed to sign. By the time we closed the deal, we had been at the dealership for five hours. We have bought cars from dealers before, but the time this took was excessive. Of equal concern, however, was the fact that staff at the dealership frequently removed their masks to converse with one another, wore them incorrectly, and at times walked through the showroom not wearing a mask. This is very dangerous and negligent behavior in a closed indoor setting where people are spending several hours. More

Bought a new 2020 RAV4 Professional, no pressure sale. Respected our choices and decisions. Had COVID protections in place. I have bought 3 cars in the last 60 days.. two from Toyota and this was the worst experience. I flew to Portland from Florida to buy a car for my daughter. I wanted to pay for it with my credit card f Toyota and this was the worst experience. I flew to Portland from Florida to buy a car for my daughter. I wanted to pay for it with my credit card for the points and already had it cleared with the company but Beaverton Toyota will only take $ 3000 on a card. So we financed it with Toyota until we can get it home to pay it off. THREE DAYS LATER, the dealership needs more paperwork. Something that could have been done the day after we bought the car but they wait till we are leaving on a plane for Florida. If I wasn’t trying to get back before the hurricane hits, I would be returning this car and going back to another dealership where they had no issue me using my credit card! More
Our salesman Souza, was great to work with. He really new all the features of the Tundra and communicated about them with great clarity and patience. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is the Blue Dot security add on ended up being a mandatory feature that was not included in the advertised price of the vehicle. That seemed like a miss when your advertising a no haggle/no surprise/our lowest priceyotal transparency sticker price. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise enjoyable buying experience More
