Cody did not return phone calls or emails promptly. Misled us on the timeline for part delivery. Also the day of service, the original work order number (June 8th) was assigned to the job which should have been a new one dated for July 27. As a result the Venza was in the shop from Monday at 10:00 until Tuesday at 6:00 for a five hour repair job. The repair on our Venza took at least 7 weeks, from June 8th until July 27th. More

Initially the sun roof install was going to take a few days, but then after all papers were signed, it came out that the install would not be done until September as the installing company's inventory was negligible.
