Beaverton Toyota service has always been 5 stars. Their sales team not so much. My family has recently bought a vehicle from them only to be lied to and given the run around in regards to certain promos an sales team not so much. My family has recently bought a vehicle from them only to be lied to and given the run around in regards to certain promos and offers going on when we purchased the vehicle. No one knows what's going on and my calls to the finance and general manger have gone unanswered now that the car has been sold. Worst business practice I have ever experienced and now warn everyone to stay away from Beaverton Toyota. They might act like they care but once that car is sold, you're on your own. More

Prompt and professional throughout I picked Beaverton Toyota due to their great website and inventory. I was able to start the buying process from home and submit my finance application I picked Beaverton Toyota due to their great website and inventory. I explained to Nick and the sales team I would be traveling from Idaho (a 6 hour drive) to make a lease deal the next day. Everyone was very quick and transparent about every part of the process. Muhammad was fantastic to work with! I had a terrible experience the day before with another salesman at another dealership, he made my car shopping experience much better! Since I’m about and hour and a experience the day before with another salesman at another dealership, he made my car shopping experience much better! Since I’m about and hour and a half away, he worked with me over the phone and I was confident going down to look at the car, based on everything we discussed the evening before. Smooth process, Luis was great! I was casually looking at vehicles around town and was looking at Volvo XC90s and the Toyota Highlander. In randomly looking online, I came across a I was casually looking at vehicles around town and was looking at Volvo XC90s and the Toyota Highlander. In randomly looking online, I came across a Highlander at Beaverton Toyota and (due to COVID) called ahead to see if it was still there and set an appointment to come see it. I was greeted by Luis, who explained all the features of the SUV (unlike another dealership) and set my current vehicle up to be appraised while I test drove the Highlander. I really liked the SUV, but of course needed to see numbers first. Luis presented me with the appraisal offer, which was very fair and higher than we'd been offered by a local Carmax. He then showed me all of the various payment options, and let me toy around with different down payment amounts, etc - I was really able to evaluate all of the numbers and my options and decide what worked for me. Once I decided to move forward, he helped me get set up with financing and even helped me knock a point off of my interest rate. He was incredibly patient and pleasant throughout, and once all was said and done, he walked me through all of the vehicle features again before I drove off. I'm not much of a "car person" and I've always sold my cars to private buyers and vigorously shop and compare - this was by far the smoothest, easiest vehicle purchase I've made and I am beyond happy with my Highlander. (Also, the dealership was well spaced, all Toyota team members were in mask and sanitizer was readily available. My husband and I really appreciated how much detail they put into making the experience feel safe and clean.) More
