He worked diligently to find me the color/features I wanted. During the CoVid16 isolation I was out of town for an extended period of time, but he continue to stay in touch and give me updates. Once I was back in town and felt safe with isolation to pursue this purchase, I met Alex at the dealership. He happened to be tied up with another customer, so connected me with Peter Melillo who jumped right in to help find the SUV with right color/features and get it brought to Beaverton. Between the 2 of them, we worked to negotiate an acceptable trade-in price for my 2018, discuss purchase/loan options and finalize the sale.
