Stunned We bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 on August 4, 2018 from Beck Chrysler. In October of 2018, the thermostat had to be replaced. In November of 2018, the st We bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 on August 4, 2018 from Beck Chrysler. In October of 2018, the thermostat had to be replaced. In November of 2018, the starter needed to be replaced. When the new starter was installed at a different Chrysler dealership, it was discovered that the 2016 200 that I purchased at Beck have a long list of service related problems and was basically a piece of crap on wheels. Next, the engine went! Don't get me wrong, Alex Noles was incredible! The car should never have been sold because it was piece of junk coming off the lot. I attempted to talk with Breck Sloan and Wayne McClain on several occasions however they were always out of the office. I finally got the chance to speak with Craig Alexander who for the most part told me that they inspect all their vehicles and would never intentionally sell a car without inspections! That doesn't help me nor does it admit that Beck Chrysler Dodge of Palatka, Florida sold me and my daughter a piece of junk but because it was us, they don't care. The car was a piece of junk and I believe they knew it. I will never ever, ever buy a vehicle from Beck again and I'm gonna make sure that the people I know, my family and friends and anyone else who'll listen, knows NOT to buy from Beck in Palatka. More
