I have been a huge fan of Beck's and have purchased all of my vehicles here, even after moving more than 2.5 hours away. I brought my Ram truck for service and to understand a vibration at a specific RPM a of my vehicles here, even after moving more than 2.5 hours away. I brought my Ram truck for service and to understand a vibration at a specific RPM and speed range. They needed to keep the truck after they discovered an issue with the water pump which was a great find so they needed to keep the truck for an additional day. Unfortunately they did not complete the work the following day and in discussion, it was going to be completed in the early morning. Unfortunately, it was not completed and I was told that the Tech needed to be pulled off to work on someone else's vehicle. I had driven back up to Palatka and needed to sit around for several hours and my Truck was not given to me until after 4:00. While driving home, I noticed that the vibration issue was not corrected and I let their service person know. More

Came to Beck CDJR to see if they could resolve a strange, inconsistent, but very annoying chirping noise in my 2023 Chrysler 300.
