Service Dept Took truck in for first oil change and a recall. Truck holds 7 qts of oil ticket reflected 6 qts installed. Got home and checked to see if oil filter Took truck in for first oil change and a recall. Truck holds 7 qts of oil ticket reflected 6 qts installed. Got home and checked to see if oil filter got changed. Filter covered with oil appears to be leaking. Oil on components underneath and blown back on undercarriage while driving home. Thought they would have had a little more pride in their work. Guess not it’s all about the dollar. Cleaned undercarriage myself. Like I told them once shame on you twice shame on me. The sales dept is very professional but the service dept has got to hurt their sales. More
