shuttle I brought my jeep wrangler in for service because my engine light was lit up. The first day there were not any appointments available. I took it bac I brought my jeep wrangler in for service because my engine light was lit up. The first day there were not any appointments available. I took it back in the next day but got no diagnosis until the next day. I requested shuttle service & was promised to receive service which never happened. Also, the diagnosis for my engine light was blamed on the gas cap not being tight enough. I have experienced this so called problem before in the past & diligently make sure that is not an issue. The best part of the experience is that i wasn't charged for the service. I would not continue my service with Beck if I didn't have a life time warranty with jeep. More

Excellent Buying Experience! I normally go out of town to purchase a vehicle because I have gotten better deals. However, decided to stop at Beck Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge first. I normally go out of town to purchase a vehicle because I have gotten better deals. However, decided to stop at Beck Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge first. Mark Kirby was my salesperson, who listened to my wants and needs. Never tried to push a vehicle that I was not interested in and came back with (3) options for the one I was interested in. That day we could not come to a deal, as payments were higher than I wanted. I received a call mid morning the next day with a GREAT offer on the 2014 Dodge Charger RT Max I walked in, financing was in place by Mike Flanders at an EXCELLENT rate...and we completed the deal within an hour and I was driving out a happy camper. I would highly recommend stopping in at this local dealership to give them a try before going out of town. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Their vehicle prep department is MORE than lacking however....I cant help but wonder why when they washed my car it still had cobwebs all over the front of the grill and dirt steaks everywhere. Someone needs to check their work a little more carefully! More

After an initial visit to Beck's we were not able to make a deal. The staff was very friendly though. A few days later we again spoke to them about buying a vehicle and were able to come to an agreeable make a deal. The staff was very friendly though. The paperwork and delivery took no more than an hour and we were on our way. We enjoyed our buying experience with them greatly and would do business with them again. More
