Service was good. However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't apply that to the cost of the repair. In effect, I ended up paying $270.00 for labor to install two batteries. I will never use them again and will warn everyone I know about this practice. More

Scheduled appointment for 9:00am for a simple tire balance and rotation. Got there and checked in around 8:50. Service department was very nice. I sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. Service balance and rotation. Got there and checked in around 8:50. Service department was very nice. I sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. Service guy came in and asked what was the reason for the tire balance and rotation which they hadnt even started yet. He had told me they were going to get it in shortly. Mind you this was a simple tire balance and rotation. There were several cars that checked in after I did and there cars were already in the garage being worked on. I waited about another 45 minutes, walked outside and my vehicle was still sitting were I had left it. The service guy told me they only had one tire machine and it was being used so mine was next. My vehicle did not go into the garage until 11:00. It was done in about 30 minutes. This is very unacceptable. If you were so busy for it to take 2 and a half hours for a simple tire balance and rotation then why schedule appointments. Just bring them in first come first serve. Probably will not return nor will I recommend others to the service department More
