We completely understand your frustration regarding the delay in getting the necessary parts for your windshield trim recall. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, Ford has been supplying these parts in limited quantities, which has affected our ability to complete the repair as quickly as we would like. However, we've just been made aware that we've received several of the required parts in to complete this recall.
