Joe Pierce, GM This has been one of the most infuriating car buying experiences. I have been calling since the beginning of August because they sent me the wrong reg This has been one of the most infuriating car buying experiences. I have been calling since the beginning of August because they sent me the wrong registration sticker. My paper plates expired August 15. I just called for the 20th time and asked to speak to the GM. They transferred me to Joe Pierce and he was quite literally the biggest jerk I have ever talked to. I explained what has been going on and his EXACT words were "Ha. Well ma'am did they tell you to go jump in a lake or are maybe you just being impatient." I told him I wasn't being impatient considering the fact that my paper plates are a month expired. He then tried to tell me there's no such thing as registration stickers anymore. Beck & Masten, is this how you want your managers speaking to customers? Joe, who taught you to speak to women like that? More
