Implied im a liar Well I was heading to West Point GMC but saw the same truck (Sierra SLT) on the lot so i stopped to see. I then met Jesus Martinez and explained what i wanted. We then walked the lot and found a truck close to what I was looking for so i test drove that. Everything was going good until it was time to get the numbers. Jesus came straight to me with the MSRP of over 51k. I asked him about the 30 percent off that was online..he stated different truck. Fair enough. I then asked him why he was starting at MSRP when the price on line was 38. I was explaining to him that other dealerships (westpoint) (gateway)(patriot) all were giving me better numbers. Jesus then implied that somebody must be lieing. I asked him flat out if he was calling me a liar or the other dealerships..he would not clarify but kept saying maybe somebody is lieing. After asking him three or four times, i could see he was getting mad so i said no thanks and left. I understand everybody does business differently, but never ever imply a customer is lieing. Hands down the most unprofessional thing i have encountered. More
Horrible! They had a Yukon XL Denali advertised as a Red, White, & Blue special for $68,600. I verified this by phone before going to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership and pulled up the website, the same vehicle (same stock number), was now showing $72,000. When I asked the Internet salesperson about this, she told me that the vehicle I was referring to had just sold. I told her that I had written down the stock number (which contains the last 4 numbers of the VIN), and it was exactly the same, so then she said, well, don't worry, we will honor the price. After about an hour of waiting, we were assigned a salesperson who said the best he could do was $72,000. Needless to say, we walked out. Lying about a vehicle and then saying they would honor the price, only to come back and raise the price...bad business! More
Worst buying experience I tried to buy a car that they supposedly had at the dealership and told them that I was only interested in that car. They said they had it and it wo I tried to buy a car that they supposedly had at the dealership and told them that I was only interested in that car. They said they had it and it would be ready out front so that I could test drive it. I live on the other side of Houston so I made sure it was there before I drove to the dealership. When I got to the dealer, I didn't see the car so I went in and the salesman said he would go get it. He drove around a blue one, not the red one that I wanted to buy. I asked where it was and he said it was in the back somewhere, I test drove the car and we went in to start the paperwork for the red one. He kept trying to get me to buy the blue one. During the time I was in the office he was in and out and kept me waiting for two and a half hours. He kept uping the price for the red one. Anyway I had to walk out because it was plain as day they lied to me about having the car. I've had this happened to me before at other dealerships but they tell me that the car has already been sold when I get there, which is frustrating but at least I did not get the run around like Beck and Masten North In my opinion this dealer is very dishonest. The paperwork that they were showing me was trying to get me to pay higher payments than it should. It pays for you to use your phone and go online to calculate what a payment should be, Don't take their word for it. More

I explained what I was interested in and set a time for someone to call me back. Somehow my request was passed to the South store and I received a call promptly at 11:30 as scheduled. I spoke to Angie Reyna, she said the car I was interested in was in stock but at the North store. She told me not to worry as she would have it transferred. I gave her my trade info and she was to call me back. After not hearing from her I called multiple times, I emailed and I texted, but never got a response. I then got in contact with Jaime at the North store, he explained he was getting ready to leave and he passed me over to Julio who was to call me back. He never called me. I then called the Dealership directly and asked to speak with the Internet Sales Manager. I was connected to a gentleman (didn’t catch his name) I proceeded to explain the situation but he didn't seem the least bit concerned and rudely began speaking to other people in his office in the middle of our conversation, he didn't even have the courtesy to put me on hold. Never received a response, I called and left multiple messages for her and Andrew Martinez the GM. They ignored each one. This tells me that this dealership has so much business they don't care how they treat their customers. STAY AWAY!!!! More

But my experience at Beck and Masten North (after purchase) was so terrible, wanted to warn folks to stay away. The sale of my 2016 Yukon went decent. The problem started with the email from my PreOwned Sales person, SAM URBINA, in which he says he was there to help with anything after the sale. No response to my emails or voicemails. Called the Pre-owned manager, BERNARDO, same thing... several attempts but no response. Went there to see the BERNARDO, where he was told I was up front... 30minutes later, still no visit to the front desk. Spoke to the Customer Experience person... he did some research. So he let me know that BERNARDO should be calling me within a day or so. A week later, nothing! The above is just half of everything that happened. If you could hear the entire story, you would be in disbelief! My previous vehicle was a Cadillac so maybe I'm spoiled by the great customer service they showed. Yet, all I wanted was a response... got nothing which is very disappointed and I regret buying my vehicle from this place. STAY AWAY! More

Frowning Called to verify the vehicles as listed on CARGURUS.COM were in stock...having computer issues and so we set up an appointment. Also inquired that they used these discounts: GM supplier discount, Military discount, and GM cards earning discounts. Again, "come down so we can see." Instead of waiting for our appointment the next day, we came in that night. We pulled up the vehicles showing on cargurus.com, both vehicles were sold... so we looked at the next two listed on-line and another $1K higher, one was sold and the other in process of being sold. After then going up another $2K, we then test drove. Now sitting at the desk waiting, we were told they would not budge from the price they had listed even with the discounts mentioned above. When leaving, Elvis said he would review the vehicles and give us a call the next day... no call from him. More
Wonderful service received My car was recently in the shop. I took it in and AJ took great care of my vehicle and provided me with a loaner until the problem was fixed. Worst experience EVER! I drove 3 hours to visit Beck and Masten, Manny was my sales man, his main goal was to sell a vehicle, so he wasn't listening to what I was saying. Finally after HOURS of looking at vehicles we decided on one and Manny and the sales manager got the numbers right. We were the LAST people to leave on a Saturday night (9:30), but I was okay with that because I was getting a new truck. Monday afternoon Manny called me asking for an additional $3K????? What??? We had signed Saturday night, how is this possible? So AGAIN I proceeded to tell Manny, I didn't have the money. He called back shortly and asked me to bring the truck back. My problem is he knew, the sales manager knew, the accessories lady and the finance guy all knew I lived 3 hours away. What kind of customer service is this??? HORRIABLE!!!! Then to TOP it off another sales man and a customer were at the truck I was bring back with in 5 minutes of me driving up! NEVER EVER, EVER in my life will I recommend this dealership or Manny as a sales man. More
