Also they sell you on items and either deliver on them partially or not at all because it will cost them money in the end. Although vehicle was used I've never received just one key for a vehicle especially for the current model year. I have made numerous attempts to rectify the situation even willing to pay for parts if dealership would cover the labor. Yet it's still beneath them to return my call once they find out it's not a sales contact but a follow up on a previous sale bright to their attention within minutes of the sale. I will not be returning when both my current leases are up. Apparently From their actions and lack of interest I am the type of repeat customer that Beck & Masten doesn't want. The only pleasant experience was Shane in Finance. Tony Camiel is a LIAR Our truck flooded in Hurricane Harvey. So we desperately needed a new vehicle. We found a GMC Terrain online and the price was perfect, but I wanted t Our truck flooded in Hurricane Harvey. So we desperately needed a new vehicle. We found a GMC Terrain online and the price was perfect, but I wanted to call and make sure that was the price. They were currently having their Big Tent sale. I got transferred to Tony Camiel, a salesman. Tony tells me that the price online is the price that we get. Perfect. After visiting many dealerships, and wasted much of our time, I was thinking finally. NO. We drive the 40 minutes to Beck & Masten on 1960 and meet Tony and he comes out with a paper stating that the vehicle is $28k and these are my payments.. Shocked. So I correct him and remind him that I talked to him that morning and he tells us that HE SAID that he put me on hold/or called me back (he can't keep his lies straight) to talk to his manager about the price and that price was false... So the price is false on every vehicle that falls under the Big Tent sale? He NEVER put me on hold and didn't call me back. We had ONE phone call. I wouldn't have wasted my time IF the price wasn't right for us, as I've wasted enough of our time at other dealerships. He's a LIAR. So we argue about the price and his lies. He's literally fumbling with his words. We leave and he calls me and tells me this is the price of the car (it's still $3k over what's online). I tell him I don't want the vehicle or to do business with him. Fast forward 3 days, we bought a vehicle from AutoNation the night all of this happened, HIGHLY recommend AutoNation by the way, and he calls me again to see if I'm still interested in that vehicle. I tell him that I already bought a vehicle AND HE HANGS UP ON ME! He's disrespectful, rude, ONLY WANTS HIS PAYCHECK, & has no sympathy that we lost our vehicle during the hurricane. HE IS A GREEDY LIAR! More
