We first spoke to Mr. Yancy on the telephone and gave him the details of what vehicle we wanted to purchase. Mr. Yancy took our information and searched his inventory and returned our call promptly and set the details of what vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly shown two vehicles which fit our specs. We were allowed to test drive both vehicles and also allowed to take our time to make our decision. Nancy was nice and very detailed in describing the options available to upgrade our new vehicle. Mr. Gomez was really nice and has a great sense of humor. Overall our experience was great! First of all, we received the best price for our Buick Enclave at this dealership. No other dealer could match this price. Secondly, we also got the exact model, exterior colour and interior finish we wan Enclave at this dealership. No other dealer could match this price. Secondly, we also got the exact model, exterior colour and interior finish we wanted, along with step rails and roof rails. In short we got everything we were looking for, without having to go overboard with our budget. This is probably becuse they have an extensive inventory. We also received a $750 final discount which sealed the deal for us.
