Made appointment to have a key made for my truck. Dropped off my truck. Was called about an hour and half later stating my truck was ready for me to pick up. Used the new remote to locate and unlock my truck off my truck. Was called about an hour and half later stating my truck was ready for me to pick up. Used the new remote to locate and unlock my truck. When I got home I tried the door key. It did not work. I called back and was told that the tech had verified the key and there may be a burr on it. The cuts on both side of the new key did not look the same as the original key. Drove straight back to the dealership. The key was supposedly recut and cleaned. Now it works. After asking the service advisor what Beck& Masten could offer me for the inconvenience she offered a free oil change. An hour and a half after I left the dealership, I received a text that my truck was ready for pickup??? More

I have taken my Yukon Denali in 6 times for service to get a rattle fixed. It’s still not done. I have also been waiting on a part for the roof rack and have had zero communication on when it will be here get a rattle fixed. It’s still not done.
