Very dissatisfied with customer service and over all service. It’s hard to get ahold of your service rep or have them give you any update on your vehicle! My vehicle was worked on with out me giving the service. It’s hard to get ahold of your service rep or have them give you any update on your vehicle! My vehicle was worked on with out me giving the final ok to do so, and was expected to pay for the service I did not agree to. My representative made me feel like a lier cause she stated she didn’t remember me stating to not work on my vehicle.! After having my vehicle serviced I had to take it back cause it wasn’t properly fixed. I will never return, and most definitely no recommend anyone to purchase from this location! More

I've been dealing with this dealership since 2006. I've purchased several vehicles from Becken masten and I've always had great service. Still have my 2006 GMC ,2015 and a 2019.
