It was clean. Everyone was nice. I might go back, but probably go to another dealership. I felt that the Sterling McCall GMC dealership is overall better. I us Everyone was nice. I used coupons at both dealerships but it was a better deal at the Sterling McCall one. I probably waited the same amount of time at both places, but at Sterling McCall, my truck was washed when I took it there for just an oil change. I also received a report about my truck and everything they inspected to ensure it was good or might need repair. Didn’t receive that at BM GMC South. They also never reset my oil mileage to 100%, which Sterling McCall did. I had to look it up how to do it and figure it out myself. It was easy enough after a few attempts, but I shouldn’t have to do that if I’m waiting 90 mins for an oil change and another dealership manages to get all of that done in the same time frame or less. More
