They did not complete the oil change and tire rotation as discussed. I brought the truck in originally to have a nail in tire removed and patched if necessary. They estimated 2 hours to get the work complete, they had my truck for 4 hours and I had to call to check on it. In addition, they did not send an Uber to pick me up. I had to call in my own Uber to pick up the truck. Very disappointing. More

Buying my new GMC Denali HD went pretty flawlessly. The salesman that we dealt with was fantastic.
