My husband and I were excited and trusting in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Beck and Masten as it came highly recommended from friends and family. However, within 4 months, just when we were taking th a pre-owned vehicle from Beck and Masten as it came highly recommended from friends and family. However, within 4 months, just when we were taking the Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation, the “check engine “ light came on, prompting a $200 diagnostic check. The diagnostic check came back with suggested repairs totaling more than 1k out of pocket. Because we weren’t counting on putting this kind of money into this truck so soon, we only paid for one of the many suggested repairs, the truck was returned also with no oil change or tire rotation. This is my husband’s work truck, to be driven out of state, and we expected more cooperation from Beck and Masten with our vehicle. If a sale is all this dealership is looking for, they proved it.
