When I spoke to the service department and explained to them that my front emblem had water in it and had shorted out they advised me to bring it in and if they had the part and would have my vehicle ready them that my front emblem had water in it and had shorted out they advised me to bring it in and if they had the part and would have my vehicle ready in one day. I dropped my vehicle off like they asked followed up the next day and that’s when they advised that they didn’t even have the part in stock and it would be six weeks before the part would arrive. With gas prices being astronomical right now the fact that I had to waste a 20 mile drive only for them to not have the part in stock is ridiculous. Then I ask them to disconnect the front emblem since the front emblem is shorting out the headlights. I looked after I got the vehicle home and they did not disconnect the front emblem so now when my headlights go out that will be another cost GM will incur. More
