Showed up for an oil change and tire rotation/balance with an appointment and it took 3 hours. This has been my experience the last 2 times for an oil change. I tried to go elsewhere but they didn’t carr with an appointment and it took 3 hours. This has been my experience the last 2 times for an oil change. I tried to go elsewhere but they didn’t carry the oil my truck needed so I was stuck going back a second time and it was just as slow. They told the customer next to me that her oil change would be around 2 hours without an appointment. She left within an hour so not sure what exactly the point of having an appointment is. More
