I received a coupon in the mail for a discounted oil change! It was right on time. I came in to the service center and was rushed out of my car before I was even greeted. I understand that they are trying to be efficient but I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt herded into the office. Once in the office, I was greeted and welcomed. When it was time for my car to be done, I was told the same “up sell” speech everyone else was told - “need a new air filter, need brakes checked, etc…” and all those services were additional $60-$100. I didn’t really like that! The service center didn’t tell me that my windshield wipers were old, or that I needed any fluids in my car. It was all about the upsell. I did like the personal touch with help with my broken license plate and the quick car wash! All in all, the service was alright, but I don’t like the “extra sells” mentality. More
