Keeping your customer informed has to be better and for y’all to park my car when im waiting in the waiting room for an extra 25 min after the service was done is ridiculous. Great service depending on who you get as an advisor. 3 hour for an oil change is not good, especially when your advisor is nowhere to be seen. And my issue wasn’t fixed, because it wasn’t noted like it 3 hour for an oil change is not good, especially when your advisor is nowhere to be seen. And my issue wasn’t fixed, because it wasn’t noted like it should have been. I’m taking care of it at home, which means that it won’t be documented, which is not really what I wanted. No one talked to me the leak since it was noted “customer knows about oil leak, will bring it back at a later time”, which is not the whole truth of what the advisor and I talked about. More
