Took three weeks to change a simple part. Last thing I asked the service rep to do was add nitrogen my tires while in the shop, arrived to pick up truck and nitrogen was never added. Was promised a loaner when I purchased the truck, yet every time I need to leave my truck, I have to rent a car from Enterprise, which cost me the taxes for the vehicle, two weeks for the above mentioned service cost me $60 for the rental. Pitiful More
