This was my 1st time at the dealership, so I’m a bit surprised and disappointed with my experience. Especially, because my husband bought his truck from this location and has never voiced any complaints surprised and disappointed with my experience. Especially, because my husband bought his truck from this location and has never voiced any complaints about the service department. The positives of my experience was the lady service rep and that lunch was provided for my daughter and I while we waited. However, the negatives far outweigh that! My appointment was at 11am, so I was about 5 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was told that I’d have to wait an additional hour because the filter was one they didn’t keep in stock, had to order, and go pick up. This was the same filter that the rep G said he would order when the appointment was scheduled. My wait was really long, 3 hours in total. Then to top it off, at checkout I was told by the service rep that the service manager said that I couldn’t bring my vehicle back to the location because the expense of my oil and make of car was too much to cover. All of which is included in my Advantage plan that is included when I made the purchase in November 2021. When I purchased my car/SUV, I was told that I could get my car needs handled at either location because it was the same dealership. I walk to my truck then notice that it wasn’t washed. Where’s the courtesy? After 3 long hours, I didn’t have the energy or time to complain because I had another appointment at 3pm in the Medical Center. More

It’s ok service center although they do take a long time to service the cars and it seems like they never can find my warranty information. I already had the truck worked on twice but seems like they don’ to service the cars and it seems like they never can find my warranty information. They always tell me it’s not in the system so luckily I saved my warranty papers if not I would be out of luck. I think that’s extremely unprofessional. That’s not right at all. So if I didn’t have my warranty saved they would of charged me full price They would not of validated my warranty More
It took to long to get my oil changed. The first time I got my oil changed there it took three hours. My fault, I did not make a appointment. But still, three hours? I drove on your lot at about 11:00. The maintenance man drove my SUV out of your shop at 12:07. I waited until 12:37 before I was able to get my car. It just seem there was no sense of urgency. Everyone was polite and said sorry for the wait. More
