The TVs in the waiting rooms are loud and noisy. I only go there for my free oil changes because it came with my warranty. The oil changes take 2.5 hours even with an appointment. This dealership is just like you imagine as to why you are not excited about buying your next vehicle. I stood at the door to talk to the GM, while he continued to talk with his colleague about last weekend’s personal activities, never acknowledging me.
