I require 20w50 oil and for the first time in 18 months since I switched to this thicker oil. I was charged for my oil even though I have lifetime oil changes for $19.99. I could have had a better response since I switched to this thicker oil. I was charged for my oil even though I have lifetime oil changes for $19.99. I could have had a better response when I ask why but I got my manger said so. So my oil change was over $50 plus driving to south Houston from Baytown. It would be cheaper to have it down at the Baytown GMC. You’ve wore out my welcome with the price increase. More

Every time I take my truck for service I have damages Rub marks or scratches when return back to me. Like this last time scratch on finder bumper. I brought my truck in for an inop door lock actuator covered under warranty and an oil change. I left with the understanding that if parts were needed to be ordered I would receive the vehicle back to w covered under warranty and an oil change. I left with the understanding that if parts were needed to be ordered I would receive the vehicle back to wait. I dropped the truck off and did not receive any notice of status or progress by the end of the 1st day. I repeatedly texted the provided chat with no response. I called and did the telephone circles and wound up with a different service advisor who still had no clue on the status of the vehicle, however, seemed very confused why I hadn’t completed a block heater recall on a truck that stays south of Houston. I was told the parts “might be on order” but also couldnt confirm the “part” was a door lock actuator. No further communication on the 2nd day and no response on the texting chat. I called and did the phone circles again. I found out my original advisor had left on a family emergency. Typical blanket response. After being transferred to an answering machine, I called again. This time, for the service manager, only to reach the sales manager. The sales manager who did not introduce himself on the phone as such, seemed pretty irritated to be bothered by a service call. “Who are you calling for?” I was transferred back to an answering machine. No communication on the 3rd day until I initiated it with a phone call. More times around the phone network track. Got another different advisor who said the oil change was completed the day prior and the part needed arrived that morning. The vehicle should be done that afternoon and would call when completed. She called that afternoon and I picked up the vehicle that evening. I received the “your vehicle is completed text” in the provided chat about 30 minutes after taking back possession on the truck. I cant say I am real pleased with the service and communication provided. More
