For me the Service department at a dealership is 99% of what will make or break my decision to be a repeat buyer/customer. When I brought in my vehicle for the 3rd one, the package had expired by a few days (there should not be an expiration on prepaid service). I was told it had expired and they called over the manager, who made a decision that literally was the decision that would determine If my next vehicle would be purchased from Beck & Masten (I did not tell him this), he made the right call to honor my service agreement. Kudos because I wonder how often these little customer care decisions go unnoticed, I want to let you know you’ve kept a customer for a seemingly thing. More
