I brought my Kia for oil change and to fix gear shift stuck per online Saturday appointment. The oil change went well but unable to fix gearshift’s stuck. I was advised Mechanic works only Mon-Friday not stuck per online Saturday appointment. The oil change went well but unable to fix gearshift’s stuck. I was advised Mechanic works only Mon-Friday not Saturday. I was willing to leave my car there so that they can fix it on Monday but the dealership did not have car rental service. So I have to find somewhere else to fix my car while offering car rental services at the same time while my car is in the shop. Overall experience on oil change service was great and the services team to look for is Caleb, Mckanzie, the helpful lady Margo and Jason. Our recommendation hopefully in the future, this Tomball KIA dealership will provide rental car along with repairing services (on Saturday ) while car was in the shop repair. More

Charged for two hours of labor so they could screw in the windshield motor. $400 and two hours for the tech to do that work. Had a coolant flush previously from them and they found my coolant was low and I h windshield motor. $400 and two hours for the tech to do that work. Had a coolant flush previously from them and they found my coolant was low and I had no leaks. So they said it was due to their techs work not correctly burping the coolant or filling it correctly. I was charged $200 for them to fix their mistake. This dealership has earned the stealership moniker. Avoid this location and find a reputable service center. More

I was so impressed with everything about this dealership! My salesman Tarik and the manager were very informative patient and kind!
