Ive had more vehicles than one should have owned by at the age of 40 and lived in multiple states. I suppose I should take some blame in not reading all of the awful reviews from this dealer beforehand but everyone's experience is different and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe thei the awful reviews from this dealer beforehand but everyone's experience is different and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe their dealer had improved since the last review... man was I mistaken. My car salesmen was Brandon, but I only ever talked to him 1 time, most of my interactions were with another employee. I didn't even have my car for 3 days before the remote start wasn't working. Not a huge deal but it did raise some concerns. The next day the check engine light came on. I called the dealer to express my concerns, the girl on the phone told me to call Volkswagen as it was not their issue since I didn't purchase their warranty. I advised that I didn't even own the vehicle entire week and was already having issues. She told me to reach out to the person I bought it from. I reached out to Brandon, after multiple attempts I got ahold of him. I asked him if I could just return the car being that it hadn't been a week and they didn't really seem to care that the vehicle they sold had issues. He told me their dealership doesn't have a return option. Brandon advised that he understood the concerns he would reach out to a manager. 2 days went by before he sent me a text that asked if I bought their warranty, to which I told him no and have yet to hear from him or anyone at Kia. I do 100% believe that they got this car on a trade in with the check engine light already present, cleared the codes and put it on the lot to sell, which would explain why the remote start didn't work at all. When you buy a car it should be an exciting experience.. this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life and I work in the auto industry!! More
