Was supposed to use my credit score which ranged 821 to 828 but used my son's and charged a 7.9 % interest rate. He could have been an honest broker and was not. My son still does not have his account number to make payments. Nor does he have any copies of anything. It is disgusting that the financial manager would conduct himself in a misleading manner. Since we don't have any documentation I can't be specific as to the financial officers name. The vehicle if fully insured with allstate as required with policy number 975498616. All documents were signed with design or paper since the financial officer claims his system went down or froze. Regardless still no documents and appears to be holding account number or documentation. More
