It was time for a good checkup on my Kia Soul. Funny, I was about to write, “it was time for a good checkup on my soul”. That’s a funny thought. Anyway, Margo got me checked in quickly and communicated on recommendations. After taking her advice, we got the car taken care of and we are very pleased with this service department. Thank you! Margo, my service advisor, was awesome. She was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. She was very professional when explaining the service process. This dealership is always honest answering any of my questions. When I have to change my oil, they do a good job of giving me their availability and getting the job done quick. questions. Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid this dealership if buying online. I was in the middle of purchasing a vehicle. I had already submitted my credit application, they had agreed to my tra dealership if buying online. I was in the middle of purchasing a vehicle. I had already submitted my credit application, they had agreed to my trade-in, and I had uploaded all requested documents. We were well into the process. Then — out of nowhere — I'm told the vehicle was sold to someone else who just walked into the dealership, even though I had started the process hours earlier. While they were still running credit for the walk-in buyer, I was actively trying to finalize the deal. Worse, the salesperson (Kenny) would hang up quickly when I had questions, saying he was with a customer. Apparently I wasn't one, even though I was fully engaged in a purchase. They later claimed I lost the vehicle because I hadn’t paid the deposit — but they never sent a deposit form or told me what the process was. Eventually, they clarified that paying the transport fee counted as a deposit. Once they finally told me, I paid it right away. Guess what? They still sold the car to the walk-in. Kenny even admitted, “The people who are physically here matter more.” I appreciated the honesty — but that tells you everything you need to know about how they treat online buyers. If you're not standing on their showroom floor, don’t expect to be treated fairly. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership for any out-of-town or online buyers. More
