I've always had great experiences with Jason Lucas as my service representative, but he was out at lunch when I arrived yesterday, so another girl took my appointment, and wow... I was not impressed. She wa service representative, but he was out at lunch when I arrived yesterday, so another girl took my appointment, and wow... I was not impressed. She was sweet and polite, and did inform me that there would be a two hour wait since they were backed up, but she did nothing to be sure that actually happened. My simple oil change took ALMOST 4 HOURS, and I suspect it would have taken even longer if I hadn't started asking for updates on the finish time 1.5 hrs in. She did have the guys who washed it vacuum the inside (upon my request), so that was much appreciated. Again, she was nice about it (offering rides multiple times), but just didn't seem experienced enough to actually get the team to be sure they did what I needed. The routine and inspection should NOT have been put off until an hour after the two hours she originally said it would take even if they were busy! More

I took my 2022 Kia Sportage in for its regular maintenance and oil change today and it was also due to have the brake fluid flushed so instead of waiting in the waiting area for five hours, they g maintenance and oil change today and it was also due to have the brake fluid flushed so instead of waiting in the waiting area for five hours, they gave me a free Uber ride home. Jason is my service advisor and he is always so straightforward and honest with me about what I really need to have done right then and what can wait. If I go in and just get an oil change I’m usually in and out in an hour or so. This is my second car from Beck & Masten Kia and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend that you ask for Jason if you have to have any service work done. He has never steered me wrong and he’s so friendly yet professional. More
