Our family members have bought multiple kias here. Since we lived in Tomball we came to Beck & Masten to get our oil changed. They offered us a package for 3 oil changes for $180. My pregnant wife went to pick up her car after the first oil change and there was allegedly a coolant leak that was under warranty. They spent almost two weeks replacing the hose (which they said would be done by the end of the week), and charged us over $300 for "topping off the coolant" without asking us. My wife, who is now nine months pregnant, drove around 45 minutes to Beck and Masten becasue she had purchased this deal for three oil changes. They informed her that she would have to buy the package again because Margo, the sales person at the time, now a manager, put the wrong thing in the computer, instead of this being the second oil change in the package, as was agreed upon. My wife decided not to come back so we have now paid over $200 for two oil changes (instead of $180 for three) and $300 for a bit of coolant. A total of more than $500 for two oil changes and a bit of coolant when it should have been $180 because of their dishonesty. My wife wasted her entire day today driving all the way to Bek & Masten and waiting on an oil change because she had purchased this "deal." They never once apologized and ruined my wife's day. Our grandparents purchase new kias every few years from here but will not be coming back after dealing with Margo and the service department's incompetence and dishonesty. More

Dealership tried to get Kia to honor the recall to replace the engine but after 4 months Kia denied the new engine. It was very clear it was a Kia defect but they decided to take 4 MONTHS to finally d replace the engine but after 4 months Kia denied the new engine.
