He then with the help of Mike Luck found the correct Rav4 and did a dealer trade. The value given to my trade was very fair and the price of the new vehicle was fair. No hard sell, no pressure! He let us make up our mind. Having said all this Mr. Langston is an experienced salesperson. He has skills that quite frankly are so lacking in many areas of business these days.
