He was very patient with all our questions and was never pushy or aggressive in any way. My wife, who was the actual buyer, and I both agree that he went out of his way to make us comfortable in our ultimate selection and even after the sale he spent a lot of time showing us how all the features work ( bluetooth &etc.).
