I wasn't in a hurry to purchase a car but since I had 220,000 miles on my 2007 Corolla I had been looking off and on for about a year. I decided to stop by Beck Toyota because of their great reputation and just wanted to see what they had in stock. I was looking at a variety of cars when Trent came up to me and at the time was looking at the Rav4. I love everything about the RAV4 except that it would be more money than I wanted to spend and I would be losing the great gas mileage that I was used to. I was so impressed with Trent because he did not encourage me to move up to a larger more expensive vehicle. He found out that I really loved the Corolla I've been driving, which was the 2nd Corolla I have had in a row. He told me that he never encourages people to purchase a vehicle larger than what they really need. I couldn't imagine a salesperson encouraging me not to be extravagant. He helped me find the perfect car for me. It was exactly the color I wanted, low mileage, and had the extras I really enjoy. Not to mention it was a certified used car with a 1..9% interest rate. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was and Trent was even caring enough after the sale to spend extra time explaining all the new features of the car to me and connected my phone to the Bluetooth system. You can tell he really cares and wants you to leave happy with the entire process and I was. Derek Kemmerlin also made the finance part of the sale easy as well. More
