Great experience After casually browsing for a car for over two years, we needed a car after one of ours stopped working. We looked at countless dealerships and all di After casually browsing for a car for over two years, we needed a car after one of ours stopped working. We looked at countless dealerships and all different brands, and we settled on the Camry SE. Living on the southwest side, browsing at Beck Toyota was a natural decision. We drove around the lot on a Sunday (so as to not be "hassled"), and we saw a car we wanted to take for a spin. Dave Langston, our salesman, was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We took a couple of days to make our decision, during which, all of our questions were answered either by phone or e-mail. When we came back to buy the car, we asked to drive it again. Dave had no issue with that, so off we went. Steve Rose, the finance man, was equally great! He explained things well (and quickly, which was really fantastic), and he asked for quotes from several different banks in order to get us the best interest rate. Although we ended up paying more than we wanted, we felt as though we got a fair price for the quality of car we bought. Timewise, from the start of our 2nd test drive to getting the keys in our hands, the whole process took about 2 hours. Thanks, Dave and Steve! More
