I had to start driving without using my seatbelt because my sore weaker arms wouldn't let me 'click' shut the seatbelt. My husband ordered a set of extenders online. He sent them back. I sent Beck Toyota a message about needing some extenders for our 2013 Rav4. Donny ordered us some, with no charge. I love Beck Toyota. We used to feel confident with the service department at Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine wee Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine weeks of waiting for it to get replaced, we had to ask Beck Toyota to have another company replace the windshield since they stated they couldn't get the part. Well, as they fixed it, they left a part off on the driver's side so now that's another wait for a part, extra gas and our time to get the vehicle's repair repaired!!! We had an issue with our heater vent. They said it would be $400 to fix only to find when they said it was fixed and we went to pick it up - it still wasn't working.... so, $3200 later, and more trips and our time, they fixed it. But when my husband drove our truck home, he said his driver seat was MOVING. Upon inspection, we found the seat bolts were in their slots but were not bolted down!!!!! We had to fix that. It has just been one thing after another for the last two months. And, the sad thing..... they don't seem to care. We have purchased four Beck Toyotas since 2008 and we will not be purchasing from them again due to their poor service. Suggestion: Actually, have a service representative review the work processed with the owner of the vehicle BEFORE having to pay and sign for the repair. That would lessen the aggravation of owners finding mistakes when they get home with their vehicle. More

We are traveling and far from home. Both service bay men were exceptionally polite and accommodating. We were told it would be a 90 min wait but were then very pleasantly surprised when told our car was ready after just 30 min!
