We had many questions and concerns and he had a quick and accurate answer for them all and if he didn't, he would find out on the spot without us having any question marks to go home with. He was always available for our calls and if he was tied up with another customer, always made sure to get back to us as quickly as possible. We gave him our expectations as far as price was concerned and what our budget was, and he went out of his way to try and accommodate my daughter and give her the best deal possible that they were able to do. We went to every Jeep dealership within a 25 mile radius, and we feel that we hit the jackpot with both the dealership and with having the opportunity to work with a young salesman who enjoys what he does, does it well and puts the customer and their wants and needs first! Also, a mention of Angelo, who in the background was very helpful, friendly and made the experience more like a social visit than a business one. He respected our concerns for our daughter, sharing that he had daughters himself, and we got the impression that our apprehensions for her safety and happiness were one that he could easily and humanly relate to. We felt that his objective was to have us be comfortable with our concerns being addressed rather than the deal itself being made.
