Either they loosely torqued/gasket not changed on plug/overtorqued - stripped oil drain plug . My driveway is ruined. And ‘service rep ‘ synthetic blend is full synthetic, it’s not, it’s half synth plug/overtorqued - stripped oil drain plug . My driveway is ruined. And ‘service rep ‘ synthetic blend is full synthetic, it’s not, it’s half synthetic - turns black regardless (burns the conventional oil portion. If a tech can’t properly tighten a drain plug properly with new gasket and if oil pan needs changed , we’re all in trouble. Tires seem alright though. I refuse to even walk into the service department because they think all customers are chumps that throw out money for nothing. Because of this I am not confident of their service for Brakes . Ps full synthetic does not burn. I am not confident of their service and customer service. I don’t trust them at all for any service in regards to vehicle safety standards - especially brakes. I don’t even want them to try and clean the mess on my driveway it had caused. I was formerly ASE certified until I changed my career. Trust me there is a gag about doing this to customers to get them back in. That’s not safe. In fact can be illegal. More

Took my 2021 Highlander Platinum in for the 20k Factory as well as a remove/replace drivers side rear mud flat due to a blow out of left rear tire. Dropped off at 11:00 am per scheduled appointment. I called 4 times to get an update and never spoke to an individual. I was routed to voicemail every time and never received a call back. At 5:30pm, I decided to have my husband take me up to Beechmont Toyota to check on the status of my vehicle as they close at 6:00pm. They hadn’t done anything to my vehicle and said they tried to contact me…My husband requested they call my ph # while I was standing there and it came through to my phone immediately. Not sure what’s up with the Service Dept at Beechmont Toyota as I’ve always had great service with them. At this point, I’ll not be returning. More

Your salesman Paul McGreevy was phenomenal to us. He went above and beyond to earn our business. We were able to make a deal last week because of Paul. We had a phenomenal experience buying at Beechmont. We were out to buy a hybrid in the middle of 2022 when they were hardest to get! I probably went to 5 dealerships(2 honda, 1 hyundai and 2 Toyota) bu We were out to buy a hybrid in the middle of 2022 when they were hardest to get! I probably went to 5 dealerships(2 honda, 1 hyundai and 2 Toyota) but settled with Beechmont for 2 predominant reasons despite being 30 minutes away from it and being closer to 2 other dealerships. First, Beechmont was not ramping up the prices due to the supply crunch. The other was that we met Paul Mcgreevy who is the most honest, patient and available car salesman we have met! From June to January, he kept us informed of every step and offered us realistic expectations without any personal or professional greed. God bless him! More
