The service in looking at and evaluating the cars was friendly and courteous. The salesman made us very comfortable in taking the time to show us the vehicle and its features. My only criticism of the dealership is that I submitted an request by email to the dealership for some information a month or two prior to my purchase. The responses I received were generic and did not give me contact information for an actual salesperson, which would have been nice to have before visiting the dealer in person. More

We leased a 2010 Toyota Rav4 through salesperson Steve Warren at Beechmont Toyota dealership in May 2010. The new lease was intended to replace an aging '03 Ford Escape for my wife. Mr. Warren and his associates were efficient, responsive, and friendly. The experience was positive from start until end and we would confidently recommend Mr. Warren and Beechmont Toyota to anyone. The atmosphere among all employees at the dealership was positive and Mr. Warren was extremely patient considering the circumstances. My spouse was uncertain as to which vehicle she wanted and this required multiple vehicle test drives (on different days). Extensive time was spent on review of fine lease details (I have a deep accounting background) and delays from us shopping and pricing at other dealerships. Our experiences at competing dealerships was not nearly as positive for various reasons which is why we returned to Mr. Warren at Beechmont Toyota. Generally, a positive experience may end here but that is what differentiates our experience at Beechmont Toyota. The pricing on the vehicles listed as "no-haggle" pricing is in fact reasonable based on internet regional pricing/sales benchmark tools and time spent pricing at other dealerships. However, Mr. Warren was open in his discussion of adjusting pricing and dropped the price to meet our terms - despite already favorable circumstances. We feel that the lease/sales terms were exceptional in the end given the Toyota promotional incentives and dealer negotiated prices. I have worked in sales before and understand that the salesman must balance their interests in making a sale with rapport many other factors. Steve Warren functioned in a capacity to assist in an informed buying decision rather than purely to sell or upsell a vehicle. Mr. Warren made himself available on his off day for vehicle delivery. To avoid sounding naive, I will state that I clearly understand that the efforts were to ultimately make a sale. However, there was a point where all parties were clear that a sale/purchase was going to occur but Mr. Warren continued to accommodate and assist. That is a differentiating factor. Comparatively, we had walked away from at least one nearby dealership where the salesperson seemed to believe that the vehicle ratings spoke for themselves and the as-is sales/lease terms were fine. While it is true the vehicle in question was rated well by consumers that obviously does not mean the pricing and terms are automatically acceptable. We would best summarize our experience as a no-pressure purchase. More

I was in the market for a new car purchase and only interested in the Rav4. Dave was so helpful to find me the car, in the color I wanted. I never felt I had to purchase the added services, but I did find most of the services fit my personal needs. I felt very special when I was talking to Dave about my possible purchase. He never once took a phone call and left me waiting. He offered me his undivided attention, and that's great customer service. He is an asset to your company and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. I also enjoyed the spotless showroom at Beechmont Toyota. More

This dealership was fantastic to work with! I called the morning of my visit to make sure that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, as I had a 2-hour drive to the dealership. The salesman I spoke with on the phone, Vince West, took my name and held the key for me for when I arrived. Mr. West was more than wonderful. He was cordial and respectful to me and my father, who accompanied me. During the financial negotiations, Mr. West was very professional and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and purchase price. He also made sure that my new (used) vehicle was clean and ready to go when I left the lot. As far as the financial side of my transaction, Mr. Kevin Hitchcock was very personable, professional and was very organized. I appreciated his meticulous nature and that every question I had was answered. I received all of my paperwork in a timely manner and appreciate everything that was done for me. After explaining to him what i wanted and what i had to work with he showed me 3 different vehicles that were within my price range and also what i wanted mileage wise and so on. I now own one of those vehicles. I was very impressed with how quickly i was able to take delivery and the service i have recieved after the sale. I would recommend Vince to anyone and actually referred several people i work with and a few of my friends to him and they all have been impressed with his friendliness and approach to people.
