I had been looking to purchase a relatively new Audi and trade in my old TT. I ended up e-mailing Bell Audi regarding an A3 they had in stock. Within the next day I received a response from Ramzi asking m trade in my old TT. I ended up e-mailing Bell Audi regarding an A3 they had in stock. Within the next day I received a response from Ramzi asking me what I was looking for and what kind of budget I was on. I am a young guy with a mediocre credit rating at best, which I let him know right away. Ramzi was extremely understanding and not judgmental like the other 3 salesman at random Audi dealers I spoke to. Within about a week I came in to meet with Ramzi and within about 2 hours I found the car I wanted. The next day I came back ready to make te purchase and trade in my TT. Ramzi worked for hours getting me an excelent financing offer and a great deal on my trade. Its been about 3 months since I bought my A4, and every few weeks I get a phone call or a text from Ramzi just to check up making sure I'm happy with the car and to see if "its treating me well". I have also maintained a personal friendship with Ramzi since. My experience with Ramzi and Bell Audi was fantastic, there is a great group of people working there. Whenever I make my next purchase it'll be there. More

Had bought my car from Princeton Audi CPO A6. Princeton Audi is a joke, they dont care about you once the car is out there lot. Someone recommended Bell Audi, man o man total 360 from princeton audi service, great bunch of guys very helpful and ready to listen to your problem and advise as needed. Dealt with Jonathan Kiwacz service advisor. For next service appointment Bell Audi it is for me. They re did the wheel balance and advised balance was deffinately off in the rear tires. More
I am a very picky Buyer that is out of state (Texas), and found a car I liked on line at Bell Audi. From the beginning to the end of the transaction Ramzi has been incredible. Ramzi has made himself my salesman for life. I will buy sight unseen/driven (as I did this time) just because Ramzi made me feel that comfertable to do business with him. I truly will be calling him when it's time to get into another car and forgo going into a Dallas dealership. He is beyond the perfect and cordial sales person. On the other hand, your finaincing director was unprofessional, rude and has a nasty attitude. I did not want to converse with him this time nor will I in the future. He is a poor representative for someone that is trying to get money from a client. More

As a walk-in, you never really know what to expect, but after speaking with Ramzi for only a few minutes, I felt completely at ease. The whole car buying experience with Bell Audi was made easy by their attention to detail, and courteous approach. Ramzi was, and continues to be helpful re: any questions or concerns which arise. I have been using Bell Audi in Edison for around a year and a half now and their service department is terrific. My A4 is a 2008 and for some reason these cars go though A LOT of oil. Bell Audi has always topped it for free and their service professionals have always been able to help me out with any issues I've had with the car. In fact, my lease is almost up and I plan to lease my next A4 through this dealership mainly because that compared to Princeton Audi and Schneider + Nelson Audi I actually feel that the people at Bell want me to have a great experience. Its refreshing to go into a car dealership that actually takes pride in the product that they represent. More
We bought a used Acura MDX from them which experienced transmission slipping on the way home from the dealership. We immediately called them to alert them of this issue, where they reminded us that this transmission slipping on the way home from the dealership. The dealership is 3 hours away, so we were unable to drive it back to them. Number emails and phone calls to the salesperson, the sales managers, the service managers have gone unreturned and my local mechanic says we need a new transmission. According to their salesperson, Pete Costigan, there was "nothing wrong with this car, except for some paint chips". Bell Audi misrepresented the quality of this car, and allowed my wife and 3 kids to travel in an unsafe vehicle. They refuse to take any responsibility for this and their after sales support is non-existent. I've now been without a usable car for 10 days since the purchase. Highly recommend you find a dealership with an ounce of ethics and honesty. More
