Horrible sales experience. Terrible customer service and had no care and concern for dealing the deal. Arrogant salesman who wasn’t my initial sales person when I called back with an issue. Had to return my new car for detailing in the inside and then they returned my white car back with bird poop in it. I had owned a lot of luxury cars and so far this dealership and their treatment is the worse. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Don’t buy here. Superior customer service, care and concern for customers and making sure all the loose ends are cared for is KEY!!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

"Horrible customer service "
Extremely horrible customer service . No respect for customers time and totally no follow up . Once you buy the car they are done . They don’t have an assigned specialist to explain about the car . Own a BMW and the quality of service is so much better there. Just would recommend no one to go there and buy a car from them cause you will be on your own after buying .
